Step into the world of Starting Out, a joyful and imaginative drama workshop for children aged 5–8!

During the first half of the year, students will return to the foundations of performance in a playful and supportive environment. They will begin Term 1 exploring voice, movement, imagination, storytelling, and ensemble skills through games and creative exercises. As their confidence grows in Term 2, the group will begin collaborating, creating characters, and developing short scenes together as they work towards material for the Annual Showcase later in the year. Through fun, hands-on activities, Starting Out nurtures creativity, social skills, and self-expression, giving young performers a supportive space to learn, play, and shine from the very start.

Ready to join the fun? Term 1 kicks off in early February and runs until end of March. Then, Term 2 starts in early May and wraps up in late June. Both terms close with Open Studio sessions where family and friends get to attend a workshop and witness the magic.
