Help shape the Cultural and Economic Future of Western Sydney
Now calling for nominations to the Board of PP&VA
Penrith Performing & Visual Arts (PP&VA) is seeking nominations for its Board of Directors.
These volunteer positions offer a unique opportunity to contribute at a strategic level to a region undergoing transformational growth. With the upcoming Western Sydney International Airport and major infrastructure investment reshaping the area, PP&VA plays a vital role in ensuring culture, creativity and community remain central to its future.
PP&VA encompasses The Joan, Q Theatre, Penrith Conservatorium and Lewers: Penrith Regional Gallery. Together, we engage over 300,000 people annually through performances, exhibitions, education, and artist development.
We’re seeking individuals who bring experience in areas such as:
- Business, finance, strategy or governance
- Technology, innovation or digital engagement
- Education, public policy or philanthropy
- Creative industries or community leadership
Whether you’re a seasoned board director or emerging leader, this is an opportunity to make a tangible contribution to help shape an organisation committed to cultural impact, community connection and long-term sustainability.
Nominations close Sunday 24 August 2025.
