You can find us at 597 High Street, close to the Penrith City Council building and Westfield.
We’re a short walk through Westfield from Penrith train station, and if you’re coming by car we’re just off Mulgoa Road, past the roundabout on High Street. There are several parking options nearby.
Our Box Office is on the ground floor, at the Westfield end, near the bar and the lift.

Penrith Civic Centre car park (at Penrith City Council)
The Penrith Civic Centre car park, located near Penrith City Council, is an outdoor parking area with time restrictions in place until 3.30pm on weekdays—offering a mix of 1-hour and 2-hour spots.
After 3.30pm, these restrictions no longer apply. Parking rules may vary on weekends or be subject to change, so it’s important to always check the signage.
To access this car park, enter from High Street by turning right off Mulgoa Road (if you’re heading towards Penrith with Panthers behind you), then turn left at the roundabout.
If the car park is full, you can exit and continue a little further past The Joan to explore alternative parking options:
- Westfield Penrith Plaza car park (subject to Westfield parking terms and conditions – first 2 hours free, or 4 hours if you have the Westfield app). Or you can turn right at the same lights as into Westfield and then left into:
- Union Road car park (opposite the Centre and is free all day and evening). Some parks are only three hours but many are all day.Penrith City Council has also put together this handy little PDF map with all the nearby parking on it.
