Online bookings are available 24 hours.
The Box Office is open an hour before performances (when outside of standard opening hours) and we’d suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes before to avoid queues and to relax with a drink from one of our bars.
There’s also the print-at-home ticket option. If you choose this option, please double-check to make sure your email address is correct.
Concession prices are available, as are family tickets to selected performances.
While it can’t always be helped, being late can impact performers and the rest of the audience.
To avoid disruption, most performances have a lockout restricting entry until a suitable break in the performance. We recommend allowing plenty of time to arrive, collect tickets and relax before the performance.
Latecomers are not entitled to a ticket refund or exchange unless as outlined in the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.
There is no dress code for the theatre. Dress as you would for a night out – comfortable enough to sit through a performance.
It’s customary to applaud at the end of a piece of music. If you’re unsure when to clap, just follow the lead of those around you.
For the enjoyment of those around you, please don’t talk during the performance or use your mobile phone. Mobile phones must be turned to silent.
