Tickets can be purchased at the Box Office using credit card, EFTPOS or cheque.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the performance if collecting tickets. If you’re using a concession or discount, bring valid identification.

Many of our Kids & Families shows have family or group discounts available.
Ticket prices may vary for performances held at The Joan but not presented by us. Different presenters and promoters have varying pricing structures and conditions, so always check the details before purchasing.
Children aged under two years do not require a ticket, providing they can sit on a parent or carer’s lap.
Prams are not permitted in the theatres. For all Kids & Families performances in the Q Theatre, you can store prams and strollers in the holding room. For other performances in the Concert Hall, please store them via the side stage.

Ticket Resellers
Tickets should only be purchased directly from The Joan website or Box Office.
Tickets bought through resellers may be invalid or overpriced and may not be admitted.

Sold-Out Performances
When performances approach capacity or sell out, this will be shown on the website.
Occasionally additional seats are released and announced via our channels.
Booking Fee
A $5 booking fee applies to all transactions (regardless of the number of tickets bought or payment type).

Joan Gift Vouchers can be used for any ticketed performance at The Joan.
Choose an amount, purchase online, and the voucher will be emailed to you.
