Agile Not Fragile is a contemporary dance workshop designed especially for mature-aged participants aged 55 and older.
Led by an experienced professional dance teacher, this long-running program combines expert instruction with a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
Participants explore the art of movement, develop new skills, and connect with others in a supportive and fun environment. This workshop also offers the option of a drop-in system, for those who require a bit more flexibility, as well as term-based enrolment at a discount for those who would like the stability of a more regular schedule.
Ready to discover (or re-discover) your passion? Term 3 starts in mid-July and runs until mid-September, with the Annual Showcase taking place on 6 September. The showcase provides a chance to celebrate the dancers’ progress and share their love of dance with the community. Then, Term 4 starts in mid-October and goes until early December.
