Themed to celebrate the upcoming The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show, the team at The Joan invite children, parents and carers to a story telling, sound-making and craft event outside Dymocks Book store at Westfield, Penrith!
Read through the classic Eric Carle picture book with our Music for Toddlers tutor. Make the sounds of the story come to life using simple percussion instruments and your own caterpillar munching sound effects. You can even colour in the characters from the show and have them displayed in The Joan’s box office.
The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show is on the 24th September with 10am, 12pm and 2.30pm shows and on the 25th September with 10am and12pm shows.
Tickets to the show will also be on sale at the storytelling session.
