CASUAL FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF – APPLY NOW!

We’re hiring! The Joan is expanding its pool of Front of House casual staff. The Front of House team helps deliver an enjoyable experience for our audiences and is a vital part of our organisation. If you have the required certificates and experience, love helping people and are passionate about the arts, we’d love to hear from you!

Applicants must have a current RSA, First Aid Certificate and NSW Working With Children Check as well as previous bar or hospitality experience &/or proven experience working in a similar role.

Applicants must be available to work evenings and weekends and may also on occasion be offered weekday shifts. The position is suited to a positive, professional and well-presented person who is comfortable with dealing with the general public. Maturity and common-sense are highly valued in the Front of House role.

Duties include ushering for performances and events, bar service, assisting with enquiries and ticket sales through the Box Office, set-up & clean-up for events, general customer service, and various other duties as directed by the FOH Supervisor.
