We are excited to announce that to celebrate Guess How Much I Love You ‘springing’ onto our stage these Easter School Holidays, we have teamed up with our friends at Penrith City Library and QBD Books Penrith to bring you some ‘egg-cellent’ and free pre- and post-show activities.
Plan a full day out with our special line-up of events including:
DRESS UP COMPETITION
Join in the fun and get creative – Dress up in your favourite Easter inspired outfit and attend one of the performances of Guess How Much I Love You at The Joan, 13 & 14 April for your chance to win a copy of the beloved picture book!
One winner will be awarded the ‘Best Dressed Prize’ at the end of each show.

PETTING ZOO
See the show, then ‘hop’ outside to get up close with some bunnies, guinea pigs and other small animals from Kidz Zoo Londonderry, thanks to Penrith City Library.

Visit the Pop-Up Library on the Mondo to find out more about the Library’s activities, enjoy a live story reading, become a member and enter the Easter Egg Guessing Competition!

‘I SPY BUNNIES’ LIBRARY TRAIL
Visit the Penrith City Library (directly across the grassed area from The Joan) for an ‘egg-citing’ and fun adventure!
Hippity-hop around the library and play ‘I Spy’ to find questions and answers based on the adventures of Little Nutbrown Hare in the Guess How Much I Love You book series. Present your completed trail sheet at the library desk for a surprise gift (while stocks last).

Our friends from QBD Books Penrith will be selling a number of Guess How Much I Love You and Easter themed book titles in our Foyer before and after the shows. Drop by to enjoy a friendly chat with them while you browse their collection and stock up on some last minute Easter presents for your loved ones!
