Unwind in The Joan’s Borland Lounge after the working week with a drink under the fairy lights and join us for Live & Local with Aaron Gun, part of Open Fridays.
Admission to Open Fridays will be free and tickets are not required. You’re welcome to just walk right in, sit back and listen to the talented Aaron Gun, and appreciate the atmosphere and company. And enjoy some fine tapas while you’re at it.
Tapas Menu $6 a plate (indicative – may change due to availability of produce)
● Marinated Olive Bowl
● Cream cheese Stuffed Peppers Bowl
● Spanish Meat Balls
● Double dip served with flatbread; choice of olive, hummus, pesto, beetroot
● Grilled Halloumi with Honey Plate
● Brie and Quince with Water crackers
Doors open from 5pm, and while finishing times may vary, the timing will be perfect if you’re seeing a show, going out locally for dinner, or just popping in for a post-work drink before the weekend. Generally it’ll be last drinks by 7.30pm.

About Aaron Gun
Aaron Gun is a Sydney based artist who specialises in performing a wide repertoire of cover songs ranging from your evergreen oldies to contemporary radio hits spanning different genres, in addition to his original music. He has many years of experience as a professional musician in the Sri Lankan music industry, holding residencies at many leading hotels/venues across the country performing with various bands and working as a session musician. His original song “On My Way” held the number 1 spot in Sri Lankan radio for 2 weeks, and in the short time that he has been in Sydney, Aaron Gun has performed at the MainStage in The Factory Theatre, The Soda Factory and a number of venues in and around Sydney in addition to various private events.
