Girls from as young as 5 years to mature age Ladies will be performing creative movements to modern music. Burns Physie places an emphasis on coordination, strength, flexibility, musicality and stamina. 

We offer a great social environment to participate in active fitness classes while learning and perfecting a challenging syllabus each year.
