Life Drawing – Burlesque in the Borland
Featuring Gretel Killeen & Will Tredinnick
Gretel Killeen – comedian, television personality, commentator, writer and artist – will be your celebrity host as you explore your creative side for one night only.
It’s life drawing, with a burlesque theme. Food. Drinks. Physically distanced friends. Our visual arts crew from Penrith Regional Gallery will be on hand with drawing tips to help you get the most out of the experience, whatever your skill level. Discover a hidden talent or just have fun trying. Need a good night out full of fun and laughs? All are guaranteed.
Local artist Will Tredinnick will be your draped model for the evening. The bar will be open throughout, and individual cheese platters will be available to pre-order. The event will take place in The Joan’s beautiful Borland Lounge, which will be transformed into a sumptuous burlesque salon for the night.
Everyone is welcome – but numbers are limited. We will supply all materials needed, although you’re welcome to bring your own (no paint or charcoal please).
