Brett Farrell
Brett, a media, arts, and entertainment lawyer, brings a wealth of knowledge to the panel. With his extensive experience representing Australian artists such as Guy Sebastian and Montaigne, he knows precisely what it takes to thrive in the music industry. As a current board member of Penrith Performing and Visual Arts, he passionately supports the arts in Western Sydney.
Lisa Finn-Powell
Lisa is a multifaceted talent, and a Master of Musical Diplomacy. As a seasoned PR manager, she effortlessly blends her passion for music and strategic communication to uplift aspiring artists. As a singer Lisa has performed in many cities around the globe – her own journey as a artist brings an invaluable perspective to their discerning ear.
Wesley Stormer
Wesley is the visionary force behind local music management agency Brightside Music. With a keen ear for talent, Wesley has skilfully guided numerous artists to success, nurturing their careers and shaping the local music scene. His expertise and unwavering passion make him an invaluable addition to our panel.
Valda Silvy OAM
Valda has been a tireless champion of young emerging artists and composers for more than 50 years and has the respect and admiration of all in the music industry. She has made many great contributions to music in Western Sydney, including founding the Penrith Conservatorium of Music almost three decades ago. As a presenter of live music, Valda books hundreds of musicians every year –so she knows talent when she hears it!
