Penrith Performing & Visual Arts (The Joan, Q Theatre, Penrith Conservatorium & Penrith Regional Gallery) wishes to extend a hearty congratulations to Cr Karen McKeown, who was recently honoured as a recipient of an Order of Australia Medal.
Cr McKeown is a member of the PP&VA Board and has been awarded the OAM for her service to local government, to the Community of Penrith and to women.
